    HumaneFrame began on the Navajo Nation, with one person and one problem: default AI extracts from sovereign communities the two things they cannot spare — their data, and their water. Everything we build answers to that.

    • The Code-Switching Tax: Alastair censors his Navajo language and philosophy in corporate AI to prevent his culture from being extracted and monetized.
    • The Cathedral Toll: Centralized data centers consume millions of gallons of water in drought-stricken regions. Sovereign AI must run locally.
    • The Proving Ground: In 2022 we launched the Navajo Nation Workforce Transformation Initiative — proving that verified capability dissolves the talent shortage.
